“ We have ordered from here numerous times. While the food is usually good what we get can be a different story from what we ordered. Even from order to order. For example, the first time I ordered the BLT wrap it came with onions (which was fine by me) and mayo plus a side of fries. This time? A ton of bacon (microwaved but it's ok) one slice of very smushed thin tomatoe, no onions, and NO mayo! Last time we didn't get fries with our wraps so we called and were told they don't come with them so we ordered fries. And we got fries with the wraps and 2 extra sides. My daughter never orders anything with tomatoes because of an allergy and last order there were some on her sandwich. We were told that they prepare different things in different areas which as they explained is why sometimes things get missed. Not a good excuse. Simple fix. One place for items as they are completed and ONE person who checks to make sure all the order is completed correctly. At least dessert isn't ever messed up. ”

This food is definitely fresh and handmade it is so yummy, I'm a huge fan of handmade sauce, we got a chicken Parm pizza, with fresh garlic knots that came with a bunch of garlic and butter in the bottom, handmade Mac and cheese bites, some wings, and 2 piece canoli, it is freaking amazing, thank you!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ”

“ As an RPI student, I really appreciate the late night hours- in my hometown everything is closed by 10pm. $11.07 for a pepperoni and 2 cheese slices not too bad compared to other stuff in the area. Pepperoni slice wasn’t really heated all the way through but I was starving so still ate it quickly ”
